openSUSE packages: PowerTOP / Kernel with CONFIG_TIMER_STATS

Hi,

I've recently added PowerTOP 1.2 [1] and Linux 2.6.22 RC1
(CONFIG_TIMER_STATS=y) to the repository

* http://repos.opensuse.org/home:/thoenig/SUSE_Factory/

Expect the kernel to be unstable and not suitable for productive
environments.

If you find applications to be provocative towards waking up the CPU(s)
please take it to the responsible upstream developer(s) and file bugs on
[2].
